Your Table

Each Table Host will invite guests to fill a table of 8, including yourself and your spouse/guest, if applicable. Each table seats a maximum of 8 people total.

Table Host Tickets

A limited number of Table Host tickets are available. Once you register as a Table Host, you’ll receive information and invitations to help you invite and register your guests.

Please invite your guests and ask them to register by September 30. After September 30, registration will open to the public, and any remaining seats at your table may be filled with general admission guests.

Your Role

Your role is simple: invite people you believe would enjoy learning more about Gospel Ambition and help them feel welcome throughout the evening. You are not responsible for fundraising or asking your guests to give.

Resources Provided

We’ll prepare your table with everything you need for the evening, including Gospel Ambition resources, fun trivia questions, and conversation starters to help you connect with your guests.

Pre-Event Connect

Join us at 5:00 PM for the pre-event connect before the banquet begins at 6:00 PM. Enjoy non-alcoholic drinks, meet Gospel Ambition teammates from around the world, learn more about our tools and trainings, explore some of our technology, ask questions, and pick up some exclusive Gospel Ambition merch.

What to Wear

Dressy casual to business casual attire is perfect for the evening. No formal attire is necessary.

Do I need to fill all 8 seats?

Our hope is that each host will invite enough guests to fill their table of 8 by September 30. Don’t forget to include yourself and your spouse/guest, if applicable, when counting your seats.

It is okay if you aren’t able to fill your table. After September 30, registration will open to the public. If your table still has open seats, we may begin filling those seats with general admission guests at that time.

Do my guests need tickets?

Yes. Tickets are $25 per person. You’ll receive a Table Host packet that includes invitations with instructions your guests can use to register and join your table.

You may also purchase all 8 tickets when you register as a Table Host and invite your guests afterward.

We encourage your guests to register as soon as possible and no later than September 30.

Can my guests register separately?

Yes! Your guests can register individually using the information provided with your Table Host invitations. They’ll be able to identify your table when they register so we know to seat them with you.

What happens to my open seats after September 30?

You are welcome to continue to attempt to fill your table. Just know that after September 30, registration will open to the public. If your table still has open seats, we may begin filling those seats with general admission guests. We will let you know if that happens.

What if one of my guests cancels?

If someone is unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our seating arrangements. If you’re able to find someone to fill their seat, please feel free to do so and let us know so we can maintain correct guest registration information.

Will I be asking my guests to give?

No. As a Table Host, you will not be responsible for making the ask. Guests will have an opportunity to financially support Gospel Ambition during the banquet, but there is no obligation to give.

Do I need to arrive at 5:00 PM?

Yes! We ask all Table Hosts to arrive by 5:00 PM for the pre-event connect. This will give you time to get settled, enjoy the pre-event, and be ready to welcome your guests as they arrive.

How will you know who is sitting at my table?

Ticket Tailor is a service we are using to keep track of registrations and seating arrangements.

Please make sure everyone on your guest list is registered by September 30. After that date, any remaining seats at your table may be filled with general admission guests.

We will provide Table Hosts with an update mid-month and again near the end of September before the Table Host registration period closes. In the meantime, we encourage you to stay in close contact with the guests you are inviting to make sure they complete their registration.
